Even though Holly's undergrad degree was in Education, Holly Hertig
obtained most of her art education the classical renaissance way, she studied
under other artists such as C. W. Mundy, Paul Sweeney and Dorene
Terryberry. These artists are out there selling appealing work that will
become cherished heirloom pieces that capture American portraiture in our
time.
Holly Hertig's bachelors degree is Education. She supported her art habit by being a schoolteacher. She married Jeff and had 3 daughters, Ashley, Kasey and Tory. They are owned by two cats Minx and Sassafras. She enjoys doing portraiture of people and pets.
Currently, Holly may pursue a Masters of Fine Arts Degree, she would like to teach at the Jr. college/college level.
